Well the new deck is coming along. Pieces are cut out, holes drilled and countersinked plus a couple coats of west systems 105/206 epoxy. Will finish with Behr one part epoxy concrete paint and aluminum oxide grit.
We get a lot of old classic boats around here. Here’s cool one on FB.
It’s not my boat and I don’t know the seller. You can sort through the photos here:

Tend to agree that N Pike is as good or better than walleye. Also love a pan full of crappie when we can get into them.
Hope to get out in the salt fishing salmon in late July. If everything pans out I should have an AK trip in August, just for the halibut.
II agree with Bill. Cut a filler piece, refab the entire part or trim the part to fit.
If this is a nice looking boat or you want it to be, I would refab one or both corner brackets. The old ones are looking a little beaten up.
Ok, I see now. A patch or reinforcement was added to the bottom of the hull. The flange was lifted up for access to buck the rivets.
At this point I agree with thill. Leave it alone if it’s not leaking. Trying to fix the flange may open a huge can of worms.
The flange may have been bent intentionally if the boat used to have a transom stiffener. Also, there is a rectangular pattern on the hull that looks like something used to be there.
Could the boat have been modified at some point?
Also had problems with seals and sea lions in the lower Columbia.
When I was kid my Dad, brother and myself were fishing for bullheads one evening. Dad was reeling one of about 50 in. Suddenly the fight got reallly wild. Once landed the bullhead was on the hook and a Northern had about twenty...
Went trout fishing this afternoon/early evening with my 96 yr old father in law Ralph.
He was having a good day. Caught a nice rainbow and it broke the surface about ten feet behind the boat. I’m standing next to Ralph with the net. Next thing you know a large bald eagle grabs the trout. As...
I bought more epoxy (WS 105 & 206) than needed. A gallon of resin was the same price as two quarts. Maybe a coat of epoxy on the pink or blue board will help it stay dry longer.
