Got this boat in the shop this week. Its a 1760 Lowe Roughneck, guy wants to convert the 90 h.p. yamaha prop to a jet drive, so we got to raise the transom 5". Dissassembly went smooth, found no transom issues, Got the riser truss built, and the transom skin cut. Both risers are built, hopefully will be re-assembling this thing over the weekend.

No, owner wanted it left loose in case he ever wanted to switch back to running a prop. I was going to weld it completely and make it look like part of the boat but he decided against it.
