Picked up everything I think I need to strip to bare metal and prime.

No garage, but I am hoping Denver's weather abides.

1230 ?? 30" across the bottom ?
wow - that is one narrow boat. I personally, am very uncomfortable
in such a narrow craft. I had a 1036 and sold it a few days later for
that same reason. Just too unstable to suit me.
Just don't go crazy when you start to do floors, etc and raise the
center of gravity too high.
good luck !

Hi and thanks!

Yes, 30" wide...

I plan to add foam and flooring, hoping to add some weight down low. Other addition will be seats. The benches are 8" off the floor and that is just not comfortable to sit on for any length of time. Not going to be adding pedestals, but just the mounting hardware and the cushion should add 5-6" of height.

1 coat of stripper and a wire wheel and 2 hrs.

Inside is going to take a lot of time compared to the outside.

Previous owner painted tan over the green, so 2 layers of paint plus nooks and crannies.

I sure hope you aren't planning on taking that dog with you. If so, in the eternal words of Chief Brody- you're gonna need a bigger boat!

LOL, yeah, him and I combined are well over the weight class of this boat.

Side note: I moved to CO from Keene.

Bottom and sides have all been stripped, transom board has been removed and the new one will be fabbed up and sealed shortly.

1st coat of primer on the bottom.
