So I guess my boat was in fairly good condition the way it was already, but I disliked the old, stinky, almost rotting floor the previous owner had put in about 10 years old and wanted more storage space. Work hasn't been as crazy the past couple weeks so I decided to replace all the carpeting, add more foam, and built additional storage. My future plan is to put in redo the rear deck to clean up the wiring, 2 batteries and gas tank that is back there.

The boat is a 1999 SeaArk 1542P with a 2001 Mercury 25hp. The boat was produced for Northwood, thus the decals that I eventually want to take out.

Here are the pics before I started anything.

How did you figure out SeaArk built it?
I'd be interested in knowing if others are too.

The capacity plate says manufactured by SeaArk. I tried to confirm with SeaArk one time too, but the rep helping me didn't know much about it since he may not have been around in the early 2000's. However, I was provided specs and pictures for the SeaArk 1542P and they all match my boat.

Finally got around to finishing the new floor, carpet, and added storage.
