I'm tentatively looking for a 9.9 HP short shaft outboard. I have a couple 9.9/15's currently but would like to buy a decent one in running condition for a few hundred I can use now and work on these others in my spare time. Just testing the waters here to see if anyone relatively close to me has one they would like to sell fro a reasonable price. I live in north Alabama and am willing to drive a couple hours away for one.
