You've never clicked on a computer link and gotten that message? That's the error one would see if they clicked on a computer link, and the "web" was unable to find the web address (with the exception that it would say "link not found").
He's saying, (semi-permanently), that he went fishing, and no fish were found, just in a more modern format..
