Does anyone have any advice for patch holes in aluminum? previous owner drilled lots of holes for rod holders and who knows what else? Lots of holes

Jonah, Ive got a Lowe 1440L. Considering buying the 16 ft boat cover as did you. Would the 8 inch difference in the boat make any difference so that the 14 foot cover would work? I plan on making the same PVC brackets as you did.

I'm doing a very similar mod. I'm putting a small lip (up form the deck) to keep objects from falling/rolling under the deck at the back corners. I'll still have venting space but keep me from having to retrieve things that fall behind.

Hi, I just got the same exact boat, looking to do same. I'm concerned about the stability of the boat since i'll have my 5yo son with me. Do you notice a big difference in stability? Would you do anything different to improve design of build out? Thanks, Joe
