thats what i was thinking either LED floods or some type of HID fixture. they use way less power. But are extremely expensive from what i've seen may have to bite the bullet soon hate to spend another 500 bucks in lights
Any body use anything other than halogen for their flood lights? I got 5 500 watt halogens on my platform and want to switch to something else since i bought a new honda generator and its only 2000 watt. just looking for any ideas or suggestions.

i found a lake near my house that is filled with fish, two guys could shoot 100 a night easy but it is really muddy when we troll we cant see a thing until we're right on top of them and they spook and by then its too late. I would say clarity is less than six inches. anyone have tips on...
yea i have a 1756 so i dont think it would be tippy i just dont know if i really need it. and i do shoot, fish, hunt and trap out of my boat so it could not be permanent may just stay with my casting deck
it is for sure i see 3 x as many at night as in the day just as long as you gota goog light set up. We're still perfecting ours since minnesota just mad night shooting on all lakes legal this year but its a huge difference
