I really like what you did......... I see how you utilized the existing braces.....I don't want to go as far back with the bow casting platform though....i have small kids so wanted to utilize the mid section of the boat for floor space....

Matt, Excellent work....I have a 16ft alumicraft 1982 deep fisherman and considering doing almost the same build....My biggest hold up right now is the middle bench seat...trying to figure out if it is safe to remove? Any ideas? Jim
