So I just replaced my hubs on my trailer since the bearing went bad and I wasn't 100% confident the hub didn't get damaged. Now that they are new what do you guys think about hub buddy? Are they necessary? Or can you get away without using them?

I was able to get some work done fri and sat. I used the grey steel flex on the bottom and halfway up the sides and then sprayed the sides with a blue metallic paint. I think it turns out pretty good.

I considered just filling with 5200 but I had not considered a patch...I'll decide what I am going to do this Friday. Thanks for the ideas guys. :mrgreen:

I was just contemplating how I was going to run my wiring since I have pretty much the same set-up. I was wondering if I could drill a small hole in the bottom part of the trolling motor shaft and another towards the top and run my transducer wire though. This way there would be no zip ties...

I was able to get some work done this weekend despite the colder temps. I prepped the boat to apply steel flex. I hope to finish the steel flex sometime during this week after work or Friday since I have the day off. However I did find a small hole towards the very back under the drain hole...

I was able to get more work done this weekend inbetween the rain. I got a great deal on a Garmin FF off of craigslist. Its not your bells and whitsles FF but it will show structure, depth and water temp. That should be enough info for the waters I fish. I am working on the wiring plan and hope...
