Looks good! What are your plans? I used Gluvit on my boat and it worked great. You don't want to use treated because it will interact badly with the aluminum over time. Just buy some wood sealer or you can fiberglass it.

Looks good! Keep it going! If it feels solid when you walk on it, it should be ok. If not you can add some wood to brace it.

Before I put the self etching primer on I wiped the entire boat down with acetone to get it clean. I think that's really important. Probably put 2 or 3 coats of self etching primer on. Then just used black spray paint and then I put a a few coats of clear coat over it. The paint job still looks...
