Sorry guys, it's a 1977 15hp pull start, short shaft. Everywhere I look for parts for this motor, no one has the exploded view for the tiller handle assembly, they only have them for later model motors.

I'm going to try, but I need a part number to give him. It's a half hour drive each way to the nearest dealer, and I'm not going to drive just to order it, I'd rather call with a part number and then pick it up when it gets there. Any help would be appreciated if someone knows how to get the...

One quick picture of the boat in it's final state. I was fishing on a local electric only lake and snapped this picture. I'll post more when the motor decals get here and finally get installed.

It's the cover that folds when you raise the tiller arm, with those 4 plugs that snap it into place as you can see in the pic. I've looked everywhere, and the original was destroyed when I bought the motor. Any ideas on where I can pick a new one up?

I'm using the same thing on my boat as well. Keeps 6-7 rods out of the way and safe even in my small 12' boat.
