How do you measure the spindal?

I just painted my Jon with Parker paint, sanded,washed, and used vinager to etch. Sprayed with HF $15 gun, looks awesome.

You probably have a spun hub. Take to a prop shop and have new bushing pressed in. Have same motor.

I have dents in the bottom of my 14' flat jon boat. Wanting to flatten out dents or is there something I can use to fill dents and level bottom. Has anyone had this problem and what was the fix. Thanks.

Thinking about moding my 10 to resemble this, think it would work?

Well the compression on all cylinders was withing 10 psi of each other acctually only one was off by 5. Which I thought for the age of the motor was good. Anyway bought the motor and it runs great no problems. Thanks for the input.

Looking at buying a 1983 evinrude 140hp, the motor was rebuilt in 06 and has 54 hrs on rebuild. Questions is I know from the site that I need to check compression, but anybody know what the compression readings be?

Anybody know what this part is ? It is on a 78 mercury 20 hp outboard.
