So my understanding is that you put on 2 thin coats of both primers and 1 coat of the finish coat.
Maybe when I do mine I should mix half of the finish coat at a time because I will be laying under the boat to do it.
Would the short nap roller have helped with the fisheye if you would have...
I too am wanting to do this to my boat 18/56 Alweld with a 250 pro xs not going to be able to flip it so I will have to figure out a way to get it off the trailer. I might go a little up the sides with mine. What kind of roller did you use? Was there enough of both primers to do 2 coats?

Give Wooldridge Boats a call and ask Glen. I bought one of his stainless impellers for my 1991 Suzuki PU40 it was a 4 blade and I was very pleased with the performance. Worth a shot!
My son just bought a 16/48 tin with a 1980 25hp Evinrude. The prop is pretty chewed up, does anyone know what kind of prop it uses, price and where to get one.
Thanks
Mike
I have the digital trim sensor and the screen that Jeff likes is the one that has rpm, water pressure, and trim angle. I can't wait to get on the water and try it out.
