A guy out here in California name butch brown you can search him on youtube uses and all electric outboard and I have seen him on a local lake doing probably 20mph or so. Maybe worth looking in to what he uses

Thank you the tank is very clean, I just got new fuel lines and cleaned out the carb tonight hopefully will have this old girl running tomorrow. The motor will be going on a 15ft gregor. I have a feeling it will be a lil small for the boat but I couldn't be the price I got.... FREEEE!!!

the motor right now is set up to run on an external gas tank. I dont wanna buy one at this time

it is defiantly a 12hp the model numbers are 12d11b which make it either a 1954 or 55 I already did the seals and impeller

Was wondering if you can hook the tank up straight to the carb or if you had to hook it up the fuel pump.

Looking for a 15 to 25 hp outboard for a 15 ft gregor in the so cal area willing to travel a lol farther if the price is right. Thank you
