I have a 1648 Jon boat that I use to fish and duck hunt out of. I have it all set up for hunting but I want to extend it with a platform for the off season but I want it to be semi easy to remove for when hunting season begins. Does any on have any idea of examples of what they have done?

I bought this motor about two moths ago and when I bought the motor it ran horrible so at that time I spent the money and had a marina check everything and then fix what was broken. As I expected the Carb needed and rebuild along with replacement of the reeds. That was all done professionally...

Has anyone ever replaced their prop on this motor or one similar? My prop is torn up some and I was thinking of replacing it and seeing if I can get a different pitch to help with my speeds. Any help is appreciated!

So I got this boat about a month ago and started working on it two weeks ago. The things I wanted done were new paint, running lights with switch panel, and some basic things that are nice to have! Eventually I'd like to floor it and put down hydro turf. Let me know what you all think!
