Go to outboard jets website and look under FAQ. They will tell you how to sharpen impeller and you probably need to space it down a little. If the liner is shot order a new one and put your sharpened impeller back. I wouldnt go to a ss, minimal gains imo.

I can only comment on the sea ark, I have the rxjt 170. Just got it a week ago but so far ive been happy with it on the river. Has a 75 etec which is the biggest I could get on it. Loaded down with two batteries, all my fishing gear and 21 gallons of fuel it does 30-35 mph which is plenty fast...

Went out today for two hours and landed 3, 22-24-25. Released them all, they all hit aggressively and had the whole bait in their mouth. Going out tomorrow again.

I really like the etec so far but only took it out once. I have abother etec that is a 2012 with over a hundred hours on it without an issue. Im sure you will be happy with yours.
