Just get a hitch extender for a camper goes in receiver on truck side. It's strong enough to tow stuff (large fibetglass boats)when a long camper is on your truck sure it's strong enough for that boat. Should be able to pick one up for under 100 easy they come up to 4 ft

Hatch and seat system in the rear of my 12ft Jon Custom welded tube with 3/4 nut welded to bottom for height adjustment cut apart swivel and had 2 plate to weld long 3/4 bolts to and attach to different seat options.

Storage, space, and secured loads is a premium in smaller boats. Hatches with latches that are flush/recessed mount and piano hinged would be my suggestion.

I'll have to take some measurements on my transom. Thank you for the drawing. Seeing dimensions looks like I'm back to building but I'll measure in the morning.

That's not a bad price at all by the time I make out my martial list and sheer design and draw, pay for material, weld....hmmm. I'll look into pre fab, only have to make sure they make them small enough for my 12ft r.

Have obtained an old 80s 850 mercury and the guy did me a favor and cut the tilt/trim hoses. Anyone know where to get good prices on parts to make repairs ? Already priced out having them built to spec. But fitting styles require stainless braided hose (not cheap)and 375 for set from dealer...
