I've looked at your post from before and I am very interested in Happy Day lodge. I've looked at their website numerous times and it looks like a pretty sweet place. It won't be this summer, but hopefully me and my boy will be there next summer.

Where'd you get that led light bar? I like the way it sits up off of the bow. I wouldn't mind having one of those on my boat.

I also used the D rings for my cooler/livewell with a couple of 12 inch bungee cords and they work great. My new boat will have recessed rings in the floor so there will definitely not be a trip hazzard. I'm 330 lbs and not very graceful!

I would love the outpost cabin. Being by ourselves, nobody else around. And even though he's pretty hardcore when it comes to fishing, he's still a kid and he likes to be around other people. There might be other kids there to play with, he likes to talk to people when they come in from fishing...

Thanks for the info. We're not gonna be able to this summer but I'm pretty sure we're gonna go next year. We're gonna spend a week this summer in the Upper Penninsula of Michigan. Its as close as you can get to Canada without all the hassle of Customs. We probably won't try to book the outpost...
