    Finally got my 9.9,1990 Gamefisher,according to the vin it was made for Mercury outboard,VERY litely used,still looks new,using a 3 galllon fuel tank which is plenty and also lighter,boat runs across water nicely,I think im about done,FOR NOW !! Thanks for all the help during the build.

    Thanks still working on it,Yes I have storage under the seat from the front,the panel is not attached it slips in between the floor and the deck lid and has velcro straps incase it tries to move

    Update-4 coats of marine polyurathane on all wood 1 coat on interior walls and gluvit w/black pigment on hull along with first coat of paint on exterior wall still have bottom of hull to go and put the decking and carpet and lights and wiring,still a long way to go(no more pressure treated)

    12' Alumacraft (V-hull) Conversion

    I considered removing my seats but that is where all the floatation is,still might remove my center seat to give it more openess and a place for me to mock up a cooler spot,I am in the process of getting my aluminum square tubing,buying a little at a time from a local salvage yard as it comes...

    Picture of back deck and back area where battery and gas tank will sit,a hatch will be in back and storage under seat :D,total weight for both parts in picture is 16 lbs.weighed it out on my shipping scale to check.

    Thanks for the info,all the wood that may touch the boat has rubber pads under it that i had from when i was hauling paper rolls to stop movement,and yes it is definetly on a budget,most expensive thing was all the brackets and the stainless steel screws.

    Well I pressure washed it to get all the green algea off of it(had been sitting full of leaves since 2008),I have mocked up a front bow mount for the TM,and adding a deck over top of the front seat and a deck over top of the back seat,thats after i remove the loose paint and prime and paint...
