After being totally inspired by my co-worker Jason Sealock, my wife and I jumped in to the Paleo lifestyle full on. Started on September 3rd. She is down 12 lbs and I am down 9.5 and 2 pant sizes already. We're supporting each other everyday which has been fun for us and forced us to communicate...

Sorry for your loss. I refuse to give in just yet. Planning on going out tomorrow and hopefully this weekend too. The pike bite is pretty good right now and that is my favorite table fare.
