The hatch/deck is 1/8 aluminum sheet riveted down onto a piano hinge. The paint is parkers duck boat paint in hunter green. Here's how she sits "finished". Thinking about putting a tray in the rear for the gas tank to sit on, and possibly a shelf with some cup holders on a side.
