The only thing not done is the hinge which i'm waiting to install after i do the carpet. Blue painters tape made for a nice hinge stand in just to test it out. We also got two of the seat mounts installed and we put the outboard on so that I could check that i wouldn't have any issues opening the hatch up. Were going to drive it over to the lake tomorrow and give it a test run.
