Answered my own question but posting in case this helps someone else in the future.
My trailer uses reverse slipper, c hook style springs. There's a nylon bushing in the center that the spring glides on.
None of the local trailer shops knew what I was talking about and only one old school marina knew what they were but they didn't have a source.
Probably more tin boat trailers with these. Metal sleeve with a nylon bushing, these are not the same as leaf spring eyelet bushings.
3/4” ID. 1” OD - trailer parts depot / northeastern marine was the only one that had them. SKU
