I tell the guy rewelding the breaks is not gonna do a thing, it needs to be reinforced with some kind of material, c-channel, angle, something, he agreed. We decided to brace it up with 2x2x1/4 angle. I first had to grind off old welds in places then reweld the factory ribs to the floor, I then rewelded the broken ribs, then welded the angles to the factory ribs for extra support. After all that was complete we used my monorail to lift it off the trailer and turn it sideways to fix the bottom cack. While it took some time to do, It is a useable boat again. I used my spoolamatic wire feed mig gun on this project after it was all said and done, we wound up putting 11lbs of weld on this boat!</p></blockquote><p></p>
