I've been doing 15-20 in the best form I can instead of trying to just push numbers.</p><p>4/4 - 249.2</p><p>4/11 - 250.0 - Pretty much just living in this range apparently.</p><p>4/18 - 248.8 </p><p>4/25 - 249.8</p><p>5/2 - 247.4 </p><p>5/9 - 249</p><p>5/16 - 246.8</p><p>5/23 - 246.2</p><p>5/30 - 245.4 </p><p>6/6 - 241.4</p><p>6/13 - 241.8 </p><p>6/20 - 237.8</p><p>6/27 - 238 - My push-up counts are in the 30s. I'm excited that I've taken the weight drop that I have in the past month and especially since now my 4 week rolling average is under 240.</p><p>7/4 - 236.4 - I recorded the weight on Friday even though I didn't post it.</p><p></p><p>7/11 - 236 - Still stable in this range.</p></blockquote><p></p>
