I have over 25 tropical fruits trees/bushes on my property and today I got my first crop of the 2019 fruiting season... 20+ pounds of Jaboticaba. They're a large grape like fruit (but sweeter and far superior tasting) from Brazil, extremely rare in the U.S and only found in collections. Only one of my bushes are fruiting now but I have three more varieties coming along.

It looks like our stress from drought may have been good for the fruit trees after all.
