Hi everyone I wanted to share my boat that I just got don't doing the main work to. I got the boat from a friend who had 2 boats and he didn't want to see it sitting around so he just gave it to me. When I got it this summer I took it out slot and when the snow started to fly here in Wisconsin I decided it was time for a face lift. I put a small deck up front for storage and added a trolling motor and depth finder and painted it. I also gave her a new name Gypsy Danger let me know what joy think of her and I also feel like I am missing some things. Like I want to add more to it but I don't K of what yet

Maybe some drop in floor boards? Nice job on the paint. I love the look of those old aluminum lapstrake hulls.

Mine too. One boat I used wood from scrounged pallets to make floors. I like them to be removable for both versatility and cleaning.

I always liked the bow cap on that style of boats.
The rope hole gives it a more nautical look in my mind.
Does the light work? Thanks for sharing.

Nice boat. My first one looked like that with the cross ribs under the benches but it was 14 ft. I managed to get my legs underneath and sleep in it back when I was young and fearless.
