Been lurking for a while and shamelessly stealing all your great ideas. 8) 14 ft 1974 lonestar, powerdrive bow mount with 9.9 merc. Most of framing is 1/2" angle 1/8 thick with some 1" box for extra strength. Deck is 1/2" with 2 coats of oil base poly. The cap for bow mount is old alum road sign, I rolled a 90 degree bend on the aft end and it added a lot of strength. I drilled and bolted to bow and used 5200 as a gasket. Going to add a pedastel seat soon.Thank you for all the ideas, helped a great deal. TIGHT LINES!
