Gonna smoke some kingfish and brisket this weekend if the weather allows.

Kingfish will be turned into dip and brisket will be plated and or sandwiched

We have the Parks and Wildlife annual abandoned crab trap clean up here in Texas . Our local website FishWestbay.com is going to help out . I will be cooking and serving the volenteers . On the menu we will have all freshly cooked Gumbo , bacon wrapped oysters rolled in corn meal and deep fried , fried shrimp done the same way , oysters on the half shell both raw and smoked over mesquite topped with parmisean cheese , green onion , and garlic butter , Redfish sauce piquant (sp) ,garlic bread and beverages of your choice. :D

Well it's 42 degrees with a 25 mph wind here so no fishing or BBQ today. Going to fry up some bluegill for supper and put together an Irish Beef Stew for tomorrow. It uses red wine and Guinness in the stock. It's one of our favorite cold weather recipes.

crab trap clean up and there isn't any crab being served? What do you do, turn them loose?

Marinated Pork tenderloin on the grill. Bake some taters, cut up and pan fried with onions and bacon. Beverage of choice.

Fresh caught Perch and Sauger last night. =P~

Tomorrow will be anyones guess due to the beverage of choice tonight.
