I have been inspired and have taken the plunge. Scored a 2 pound corned beef and will follow the link from virtual weber billet.

I made one this weekend. Them things are good! We make it for our lunch throughout the week. Of course I had to run off and forget to make my lunch so now we have to eat fast food #-o

Looks good. How long did it go for? The first one I did seemed like it took forever. The second one cooked much faster. I want to say around 6 hrs on the new smoker.

It was good, but too peppery for my taste.
 
I really like black pepper and I thought it was too peppery as well the first time. The second time I cut back on the pepper and it was better.
