Hello everyone. just thought I'd post a boat I just recently picked up.. not really a boat for fishing but a pretty neat little runabout.. its a 1957 from what I was told although they are only listed in the 1958-59 catalogs.. I haven't found a lot about these boats or to many photos of them.. if anyone knows much about them I'd love to hear about them.. it seems pretty much original and not in bad shape. missing the windshield and seat cushions ..

Now that is a sharp looking boat! I really like that styling of boat, love to see what you do with it!

Don't know anything about them but it's a cool looking boat. Can you post a couple of more photos of the layout of the interior?

I had a 1964 Crestliner Commador Speedster. From what I could find on it is the windshield was a option so your boat might not have ever had one. Nice boat!

Thanks nytebyte !! I found a brochure on this boat and it does say the windshield is optional ..

I called Alumacraft today and found out by my serial number ( FDS 192 ) that it was made in 1957 and their serial numbers started at 100 and ended at 554 for 1957.. so mine is 92 out of 454 built in 1957.. they were very friendly and had an answer for all my questions !!
