Is that as long as it runs?
Will it start right up after and do the same?
Could be a fuel delivery problem, carb ....kinda hard to tell.
Might be worth it, still would check compression before buying. I like seeing them running on the water but not always possible.
Had a fitting on my suction side give me grief for a couple outings before I changed it.

The video and his dealers invoices are all I have to go on. I'll probably pass on it even though the price is 1/3 of what it would go for if it ran properly.

I'd buy it and clean the fuel system. They can gum up in a year. On used motors I don't guess. If fuel touches it then I replace it or clean it.

If it was a newer model with through hub exhaust I wouldn't think twice about buying it. Being as old as it is I wouldn't think twice about walking away. That being said as far as fixing it most likely you aren't looking at anything real complicated. I just am not a fan of those motors for my particular use.
