I'm in the process of restoring an old Johnson 10 hp. Disassembly, inspection, cleaning, parts procurement and machine work is completed or wrapping up and I'm beginning the assembly process. Hope to use this thread for advise and assistance in putting this beast back together again.
 
The new prop arrived today. I ordered one for pin drive and, of course, a prop for spline drive shows up. iBoat return policy requires a return authorization so I clicked the link on thier site to request an RA. Instead of the request form, I got a "page not found" error. I'm not real happy with iBoats right now.
