A good prop shop can fix that just fine.
I wouldn't run a prop that is damaged very much.... as it might be out of balance and screw up your shaft or seals.

Nothing like that sick feeling when you clobber the bottom. That can definitely be repaired. Marinetex if you’re worried about the skeg.
