Help Identify WMC Carb

Hi,

New to outboard engines, but not to small engine work. I have a 15 HP 2-stroke mercury from 1991 - model 1015201LD . It sat for a couple of years with gas in the tank and carb before I owned it. The motor runs, but really needs a carb rebuild.

I pulled the carb, but can't tell the exact WMC model to match up with parts. A plate on top of the carb is stamped WMC (no other letters) and the body is stamped with 0990 28. Not quite sure how to read this. Can anybody help?
