This is a link for a place in Springfield, MO. The add itself is for a plastic/fiberglass console....but they used to have an add on there for new aluminum center consoles....he still has the aluminum side consoles listed. Maybe contact them to see if they still have some of the center consoles.
It also looks like they can set you up with pretty much everything you need for you project.
I have no clue if they ship.

trying to find a used console is one thing trying to find one with the right length cables and the wiring for your needs would be next to impossible,, here is a link that could help you https://www.akmccallumco.com/store-console.htm ,,, know it all adds up but almost better to start out new,,,
If you don't mind buying new, check AK McCallum, they have several different sizes and you might be able to pick it up. My 1652 has the Lowe center console that is 19" wide and I don't think you would want to go any wider in a 1648.
