I am about to start to refurbish a 1978 Original Bass Tracker.
With a Mercury 402 40hp outboard.

I looking any owner's, repair, and parts manuals on the boat and motor.

I tried going through Bass Pro and Tracker Boats with no luck.
They don't even recognize the serial number as being one of theirs.

if you have read some of the past threads on this forum,
you will see that photos of any concerns will get you the
most accurate feedback. good quality photos are worth
thousands of words, as the saying goes.

even a photo of the tree growing inside the boat would have been interesting to see.
