Visit a hobby store, they have camo paints is very small containers so you could touch up what ever needed. Then clear coat with a satin/ dull clear coat.
Those seams never should have been sealed. The rivets are what was leaking. People don't understand how aluminum boats were put together so the just start filling any crack they can find. Those seams were designed to be open so tbose aluminum strakes could empty out trapped water. The rivets...
On my old Jon boat, not only were rivits leaking the ribs on the bottom were worn thru from dragging it over rocks and sand. I didn't need a fancy fix as I just use it in my pond. I thoroughly cleaned and sanded the bottom and inside bottom. Not removing all the paint but just giving it a good...
That is why it pays to do your own serious research, everyone has their own ideas what fits them or doesn't !! Never make a big purchase on one recomendation, or you become your own fool.
Us older guys understand the square nose idea, but the younger generation has accepted the flat bottom idea. Just shows how little information is being passed down to the younger generation now a days !!

Caulk might be to permanent in case of a problem. Consider using a self stick vinyl trim available at most home stores. It will give a better finished appearance and easy to move/ remove I'd floor needs removed.
Not sure what the issue with SS washers are, mine ( same motor but older model) has been on washers and rubber washers since 2011 with 0 issues. Never moved, no vibration, GPS works great, guess I don't understand the washer concern.
