The transom wood was missing when I bought my boat. I believe my boat is a J14 Guide when I compare the length (13ft and change) and number of benches (3) to info found on the internet. Anyone have this model and can provide a picture of the capacity plate? Thx!

Lithium batteries do not have cold cranking amps. They discharge at an even rate so they cannot start gas engines. Should work fine for electric trolling motors though.

took a quick look at your pics of the '59, are those actual nails sticking out of the transom? Guessing those are what you're taking about having to fill ? Will take a look at your other posts as well.
