Probably not. If anything you would want to go back to the 9" prop. You will always lose a bit of holeshot with an increase in pitch but...

Oh... And another very difficult one that sounded like yours ended up being a bad charging circuit and corrosion at the battery...

If Pappy says the carb swap will work on that engine, I'd go with it! A lot of the 15 HP carbs will have a bigger throat diameter...

Two carbs? Isn't that a 4-cylinder? Either way, those tend to be very good motors. Carbs often have to be cleaned when you buy them...
