The HIN Plate was riveted to transom but most was unreadable.

i was thinking 1984, but the marine police said they thought it was older. great condition with no leaking rivots.

can anyone tell me what year this may be. no HIN # so i had to get NYS marine police to issue one. it had plywood transom sandwiched between aluminum, which was rotted and i replace with solid CCA and stainless bolts.

We've had a huge variety of birds of prey this winter on the beach. Yesterday in the snow I saw what may have been a Cooper's hawk pummel a chickadee was too far away to get an iPhone photo.
