I have a portable solar generator. It's enough to run a fan, cook, and charge communication devices. I've had to real world test it and its enough for me, but I do take precuations otherwise like freezing jugs of water and keeping them in the freezer to protect food loss. It wont last a week...

We had the exact opposite in my area and it ended in marina closures. They are still closed and there are only a couple of ramps to access the water now but unfortunately, whenever I'm down there I don't see anyone loading or unloading.
