Just so everyone knows, shear strength is one thing, but otherwise the rivets used should be softer than the alloy you're holding together ... so that the rivets become the 'weak link' and are eventually the item to be replaced ... and not that of the hull structure itself. I too use that large...

I only use the Cheap Harbor freight $20 air hammer, that is not adjustable, less I can adjust the pressure. I have never set a rivet ‘too hard’. And don’t think it would be possible with my set up, lol!

In lieu of Reel-X, hardware stores usually sell (or used to?) sewing machine oil. That is a nice pure 'light' oil suitable for bearings.

Here's another schematic, where it says 'fuse block' could be a combo switch/fuse block. Look up the wattage of that LED floodlight and divide Watts by 12.6 Volts to get the Amp draw. Being LED, I'd bet that # is low.

Just look up ‘Nautolex Marine Vinyl’ online as there are many choices. Most comes in 74” width and various colors. Available from Defender Marine, Walmart online … etc., so shop around.
