Yes its smooth with an epoxy coating under. I forget the name steelflex? Its what everybody uses

Ok thanks yall with the frp for flooring if i were to put 4lb foam under would 1/2 suffice or wpuld it flex? I was also looking at that hdpe but thats really expensive and seems very hard to seal with.

I am about to deck some of my 1948 custom hull and was wondering whats out there to use to deck thats not wood? Maybe pvc sheeting? I want it to be smooth and white. Thanks

If I were to do it again in hindsight I would use a trowel to spread it out and a stiff paint brush for the edges. And a second person for oh crap moments

Been rattle can painting a looong time, from what I gather you had all 3 issues with aerosol, wind , night (humidity) and distance. It needs to be as still as possible, low relative humidity, Sun (heat ) and not direct sunlight, and hopefully 3 coats first a very light grabber coat a lil heavier...

There's tints you can buy to color it. Painting would be pointless and its thick enough imo that you would not have to put anything on the rivets prior

Haven't posted updated pics so far new boards, carpet, paint, winch, flipped the upside down axle, new larger rims and tires. Boat, impeller, grab bar, seats, back floor need to do front still, light bar, paint and custom numbers. Gonna be used mostly in the Louisiana marsh
