so aluminum tanks are ok to use i figured condensation would get in so i have two sheets aluminum .125 31x23 i could fold a 90 degree in both cut to size weld in the ends are there aluminum nipples you weld in and what about a filler cap

Building a mini rhino jet style in board jet the boat is 12' long 40" wide at bottom 48" at the top

on jet skis they have ride plates engineered at the precise degree that provides lift to the back of the boat to eliminate porposing youll have to design one i had the same issue so dont get discouraged,there are alot of guys on here who come up with different solutions that work well almost...

though i can say fantastic upgrade, how differently does it handle

look up riverroad jet boats out of virginia they have a system on an out board jet where the motor doesnt turn and they adapt a steering nozzle at the back of the outboard jet ,me having a inboard jet ,and having owned several outboard jets the inboard steers way better hope this helps

here is a pic of the texture with the behr deckover from home depot i used glidden etching primer after taping off and rough sanding the color is sandstone this is two coats and i used 1 quart of glidden primer,2 gallons deck over with the special roller that is required total everything cost...

with the piano hinge ,it started pulling apart on the ends and so i cut it out and installed these aluminum hinges from the local arcet welding supply store about 11 bucks each
