Get some temp sticks used for welding. They are like a wax pencil that ya just draw a line where ya want to check the temp. I use 120, 140, 160, 180F. I put 4 marks on the motor and see if or how many marks melt.

I just bought the marlon sp14. Paid 3250.00 in october. Unless storage is an issue you just don't know yet that you need a wide jon..aside from storage issue wider is better. That Marlon is wide at the transom so it planes at a low speed by design...good for low powered motors.

just search for inline fuel couplings..connectors..might get a shutoff also..ebay is full of them..

...don't know about the dup posts..anyway it crackles as the lightning disturbs the rf..it works very well. When i hear it I check the radar using my phone to see how close it is.

Bought it new in October from a dealer in Rhode Island. It is 55 at bottom and beam is 63.

Just bought a 14.3 x 55. Its 63 total width. Marlon sp14...replaces a 1236..

So..it does take some time for the oil to work thru the motor..as per G.Jennings. So one has been going slow for awhile and sees foul weather coming. Your oiling ratio has been lean on oil just at the time you head home quickly. So now..for longer than ya might think..your motor is under lubed...
