As far as that little pucker goes I have had good luck with JB Weld, yeah and agree with Weldor on the plate. I use whatever Aluminum plate I have laying around, here is one I did recently, this one is 1/8”

Once a year the locals used to load the bottom of that stack up with tires and fire them up ,but I guess someone figured it wasn’t environmentally friendly and shut them down lol

Yeah it's not difficult, but you will need a few parts. Steering cable and link, shift cable, throttle cable , controls and probably a couple of more goodies.

Got a couple of things done on the CC today. Installed led taillights on the trailer, changed out one of the batteries, changed gear oil, cleaned the carb on the kicker and amazoned a horn switch.
