    Using flotation foam as deck support...yes or no?

    With the price of aluminum these days is the use of flotation foam as a floor support advisable? (only poured in specific places). I also have 2" insulation foam board that I was planning in placing between the ribs.

    Will 3/16 rivet replace these?

    I am trying to replace leaky rivets but don't know the type or size of them (they go from the bottom of the boat and through the ribs). I bought a rivet gun that takes 3/16 blind rivets...would those even work? I don't have the tools for anything bigger.

    Gluvit epoxy

    So I ordered some Gluvit epoxy and when I opened the can it was only half full. Is this how it should be? Just checking to see if this is normal. The stuff isn't cheap... Its the first time I have ever used it.

    What cleaner should I use for the inside?

    Hi all, new member here.. I am trying to clean off old flotation foam and dirt build up...just wasn't sure if there were specific chemicals available to use for the job. I just acquired an Alumacraft Lunker V16 and am attempting to replace the floor.🙂
