Ok guys I know I've been gone for a while, been pretty busy with work and stuff. But I've got my boat ready for a shake down run. It's a 2005 crestliner 1860 semi v side console with a 2001 70 hp ecinrude.
So, I've painted all the trailer wheels black with wheel paint and clear coat. Originally they were chrome. did new wheel bearings. Rewired everything through a battery disconnect switch, followed by a bus bar fuse block, In stalled new switch panel to console and switch panel with phone charger to front deck. I moved the console forward, added running seats like a bass boat extended fwd casting deck back about 57 inches, with port side rod locker center storage and stud side storage. Also added led foot lights in the t track slot I never use lol, led navigation lights and 2 7 inch light bars for running at night and early a.m. also put my two trolling batterys under fwd deck 50 amp breaker for trolling motor and new on board charger, with remote plug on front deck. Also did a pedal box for more comfy for the guy on the front of boat. Enjoy the pics, and I look fwd to hearing everyone's thoughts. As is its still easily changable if u guys have suggestions.

Hey thank you. I took it out Monday and got it in the water. I don't like how it sits with the 2 batterys up front, I'm gna put 1 back at the stern. Also, I for some reason couldn't get it to start, I figured it'd be a bit stubborn, after a bit of cranking it blew a 20 amp fuse on the engine harness. I'm not sure if it was just getting that hot or if I have a short somewhere? The controls is the only thing I didn't rewire. So go figure lol! Hoping to have time tonight to begin investigating that.

What is the flooring you used for the casting deck? Seen it a few times and have been interested it in. Does it come in camo or did you paint it?

Thank you! The flooring I used is hydroturf, I got it off ebay, they have a few different color combos, as well as patterns, I just did the same as what I had on the existing deck. They offer It with or without the glue on it. I went with the sticky back because I thought it'd be easier. I think it was, it stuck pretty good, easy to trim.

Ok guys, so I'm having a wiring issue with my control wiring. They're aftermarket evinrude parts the previous owner installed. From the harness on the purple wire, there was a positive spliced into it running under the dash as a positive terminal. I removed this wire assuming it was a key on positive for the fuel gauage?
Now my boat will only fire and run, if I reconnect a spliced wire back to the battery positive.
Has anyone seen this before, or know what I need to check?
Thanknyou any advice would be super helpful

The purple wire, fwd of the connector plug is where it was spliced into. I thought maybe it was a broke wire, so I stripped and soldered it but still having the same issues as before
